Sealed League Week 1 Entry - Jump to Lightspeed
Sign up here or in store for the first week of the current sealed league season. Subsequent weeks can be joined in store. Leagues will run from the first Friday of each month thru the last Friday of each month. New releases will cause some hiccups, but we'll cross those bridges when we come to them.
When: Fridays at 6:00pm
Structure: Players will get 6 booster packs of Jump to Lightspeed to build a minimum 30 card deck with a leader and base. They will play weekly against other players in the league on Fridays. Each week of the league you can add an additional pack to your pool of cards and make adjustments to your deck. Attendance weekly is not required, but you will not receive as many points if you miss. At the end of the league top point earners will be given the most prizes and first place will get free entry to the next league they participate in. Earn points by winning, losing, drawing, and showing up!
Rounds: Week 1 will consist of a 30 minute deck construction round and up to 2 - 55 minute best of 3 rounds. Each following week in the series will have 3 rounds on Friday nights starting at 6:00pm so make sure to get your additional pack early so you can make your deck modifications until
Entry Fee: $40
Prizes: Each week we'll give out promo packs while supplies last and at the end of the League, top point earners will receive additional packs, as well as other promotional items and first place will get a free entry into the next league they want to participate in.
Important notes about sealed league: Make sure to turn in your deck at the end of each league night. Don't worry though you can take it home at the end of the league or if you decide to drop from the event series. The Gaming Guild will store your deck in between league nights. Got an awesome pull for your constructed deck? No worries! You can take it home! You just can't use it in your league deck anymore.
